Her Office Released Two Employment Contracts For Nathan Wade But Denied Other Financial Records
Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’s office has illegally refused to release her expense reports for 2021, 2022, and 2023 under Georgia's public records law. The office also refused to release Nathan Wade's invoices for 2021, 2022, and 2023.
Her office did provide two of three employment contracts for Nathan Wade, the special prosecutor in the Trump election interference case. However, it withheld a third and all of his billing invoices.
January 18 we filed an appeal with Georgia’ s Attorney General. The AG’s office responded it had no authority over district attorneys.
Today we filed a formal misconduct complaint against Willis with the Fulton County Board of Commissioners and Ethics Commission as well as the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
